What does it really do?
It saves the products you are looking at, works out the profit on each one from your own numbers, and puts the best one at the top of the list.
Is it really free?
Yes, and you can save as many products as you like. A paid version may come later with extra features, but anything you save now stays yours either way.
Can you see what I am researching?
No. There is nowhere for it to go. Your list is saved inside your own browser, and the extension never sends anything out. You can use it with your internet turned off.
What if it reads a price wrong?
Just type over it. Sourcebook fills in the title and price to save you typing, but you can change every box yourself, so a wrong reading is never a problem.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email address to hand over, and nothing to log in to. Install it and it works.
Which sites does it work on?
AliExpress (.com and .us), Alibaba, Amazon (.com, .co.uk and .de) and eBay (.com and .co.uk). The save button appears on product pages on all eight.
Can I get my list out of it?
Yes. Export writes your whole shortlist to a CSV file on your computer, which opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Nothing is locked in.
Can you add another marketplace?
Usually yes, and quickly. Email us with the site and it will be looked at.
